From what motor park do you operate?
We don’t operate from a park. We only have pickup locations and drop off locations. You can book and pay for the trip online.

Do you have a departure time, or you wait for the vehicle to get filled up with passengers?
Yes, we do. 7:00am from both Abuja and Jos.

Where would you drop me in Abuja and Jos?
Our drivers will only stop the vehicle at designated and standard bus stops or drop zones. Our vehicles will drive all the way to our offices, but customers can also arrange for a home drop off at extra cost.

Take off point from Jos is at our office in Thilda Centre, Yakubu Gowon way, Zarmaganda Jos..

What kind of cars do you use?
For now we are deploying Toyota Sienna Mini Van and SUVs.

How much do you charge for Abuja to Jos?
We charge N15,000 per seat.

How many passengers do you usually carry in one vehicle?
5 Passengers per vehicle.

What happens if I miss the vehicle or arrive pickup point late?
If you did not reschedule 24 hours before take-off, you will lose 40% of your seat fee. You will have to pay up to be able to use the ticket or request for a refund.

Can I buy all the seats in a vehicle?
Yes you can if the seats are available.

How much luggage can one passenger carry?
Each passenger is entitled to one bag of not more than 20kg and a carry on of not more than 5kg. Excess luggage can be transported at extra cost.

Why is your fare so expensive?
Your ETA is certain, internet on board, good working condition vehicle and fantastic leg room.

How can I contact you?
You can make reservations through WhatsApp, web- www.globecabservices.com and our Globe Cabs app coming soon. For now you can book and pay using the first two options.

Can I pay when I get to the motor park?
It is better to book and pay online or call our customer support phone lines:07025005122, 07025020096 for assistance.

Can I cancel my trip after making a reservation and payment?
For now, you cannot reschedule your trip online but you can place a call to our customer support line for rescheduling.

Do I need to know or have your driver’s details?
No you don’t but we will provide it for you.
